The Loan Manager is focused in marketing and selling the Bank's loan products. The role will oversee an assigned Branch Lite, manage Loan Evaluator and Marketing Assistant. The role requires an achievement of an assigned monthly sales target.
Qualifications:
Education. Must possess at least have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
Experience. At least 5 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing from a reputable banking/ financial services industry. Knowledge on Credit Investigation is also desirable but not required.
Others. With strong analytical, leadership and people management skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills. With the ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires and with a CAN DO attitude.
Locations. Valenzuela, Cubao, Tondo Manila
The Loan Evaluator assesses the borrower's credit worthiness using the 5 C's of Credit by doing an onsite investigation. Recommends borrowers who passed initial verification and onsite investigation.
Qualifications:
Education. Must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
Experience. At least 2 years of extensive in credit investigation and in-depth credit verification.
Others. With strong analytical and strategical skills; strong credit evaluation skills; interpersonal and leadership skills. The ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires. With CAN DO attitude.
Locations. Tondo Manila, Angeles
The Marketing Assistant primarily supports the Loan Manager and the Loan Evaluator in gathering and completing borrowers' documents and requirements needed in preparation for the recommendation. Calls and reminds borrowers to submit the required documents. Creates and monitors reports for the Loan Manager and ensures monitoring and completion of the tracker.
Qualifications:
Education. Preferably at least have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
Experience. With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in business/ office administration. Fresh graduates are also amenable to apply.
Others. With strong office administration and organizing skills, interpersonal or collaboration skills. With the ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires and with a CAN DO attitude.
