Loan Manager

The Loan Manager is focused in marketing and selling the Bank's loan products. The role will oversee an assigned Branch Lite, manage Loan Evaluator and Marketing Assistant. The role requires an achievement of an assigned monthly sales target.

Qualifications:

Education. Must possess at least have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.

Experience. At least 5 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing from a reputable banking/ financial services industry. Knowledge on Credit Investigation is also desirable but not required.

Others. With strong analytical, leadership and people management skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills. With the ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires and with a CAN DO attitude.

Loan Evaluator

The Loan Evaluator assesses the borrower's credit worthiness using the 5 C's of Credit by doing an onsite investigation. Recommends borrowers who passed initial verification and onsite investigation.

Qualifications:

Education. Must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.

Experience. At least 2 years of extensive in credit investigation and in-depth credit verification.

Others. With strong analytical and strategical skills; strong credit evaluation skills; interpersonal and leadership skills. The ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires. With CAN DO attitude.

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant primarily supports the Loan Manager and the Loan Evaluator in gathering and completing borrowers' documents and requirements needed in preparation for the recommendation. Calls and reminds borrowers to submit the required documents. Creates and monitors reports for the Loan Manager and ensures monitoring and completion of the tracker.

Qualifications:

Education. Preferably at least have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management; Banking and Finance or its equivalent.

Experience. With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in business/ office administration. Fresh graduates are also amenable to apply.

Others. With strong office administration and organizing skills, interpersonal or collaboration skills. With the ability to actively listen to and act on customer needs and desires and with a CAN DO attitude.

Internal Audit Examiner

The Internal Audit Examiner is generally tasked to ensure that all policies and guidelines, procedures and internal controls set by the management and other regulatory bodies are compelled with and undertaken by the department. The role is responsible in conducting audit reviews/ engagement assigned by the Section Head or the Chief Audit and Compliance Officer. May act as assisting member on audit engagements.

Qualifications:

Education. Must at least a graduate of any Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking degree or equivalent. Preferably with a Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/ Professional License Exam).

Experience. At least 5 years of working experience in the Banking industry and in the following areas - auditing, accounting, control identification and testing in the related field is required.

Others. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with internal controls, risk assessment, business process or operational auditing. With knowledge and understanding of auditing techniques and/or digital control environments.

Internal Audit Associate

The Internal Audit Associate is mainly focused in supporting the Internal Audit Department; assisting the Section Heads and Audit Examiners with their audit reviews and testing activities. Collaborate with different departments to gather data/ documents for the Section Head and Audit Examiner.

Qualifications:

Education. Must possess at least have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Banking and Financing or equivalent relative experience.

Experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in the Banking industry and in the field of internal audit.

Others. Written and oral communication skills, analytical skills. Computer literate. With strong office administration and organizing skills, interpersonal or collaboration skills

Regulatory Compliance Associate

This role is generally responsible in delivering on time reports of covered and suspicious transactions to AML Compliance Officer. Implements and monitors the Bank's Compliance Program. Conducts compliance testing activities and prepares reports, expectations and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education. Must possess at least have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Banking and Financing or equivalent relative experience.

Experience. Preferably with knowledge in banking/ lending operations.

Others. Written and oral communication skills, analytical skills. Computer literate.

Tele-Collector

The role is responsible in managing assigned collection portfolio for assigned geographical areas. Builds a solid network and establishes a valuable relationship with the borrowers to easily facilitate the collection. Facilitates satisfactory and expeditious resolution of all questions, complaints and concerns raised by the borrower and the collection agency.

Qualifications:

Education. At least a College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Entrepreneurial Management, post graduate degree units and other related courses.

Experience. About 1 year experience in the field of Collection Management or any related area in the Bank or any similar institution.

Account Recovery Specialist

The Account Recovery Specialist or Field Collector basically does the same job as the Tele-Collector only that the collection manner is through on site visit.

Qualifications:

Education. At least a College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Entrepreneurial Management, post graduate degree units and other related courses.

Experience. About 1 year experience in the field of Collection Management or any related area in the Bank or any similar institution.

Location. Cainta, Field Work


Legal Collection Liaison

This role is focused in supporting the Litigation Department and its internal lawyers and legal assistants in liaising among the Bank, the borrowers and the court. It is somehow a form of collection by way of legal actions.

Qualifications:

Education. Must possess at least have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Banking and Financing or equivalent relative experience.

Experience. About 1 year experience in the field of Collection Management and in Law Firms in any financial institutions, preferably in Banks.
