Average Loanable Amount: Php100, 000 up to Bank's Single Borrower's Limit
Loan Term: Up to 60 months

Requirements:

Copy of TCT or CCT
Tax declaration on Land and Improvement
Updated real estate tax receipt and tax clearance
Location plan and picture of property
Master deed of restriction (for condominium unit)
